Opening in spring 2026 on Avenue Louise, SOON has established itself in just a few weeks as the new daily fuel station in Brussels. Behind the beautiful orange storefront, two sisters, Clara and Victoria Bardiau, have a clear ambition: to make take-away premium. Everything here is prepared to go: specialty coffees developed with a Belgian roaster, functional shakes with carefully chosen ingredients (ashwagandha, spirulina, turmeric), and signature cakes and bagels.
