At Tero Forest House Martué, Shyfter puts every instructor in the right place
In the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, along the banks of the Semois river and set on a 15-hectare private estate, the Tero Forest House Martué is the Tero group's nature retreat: a rustic lodge designed for adventure teambuilding, green seminars, and unplugged getaways. At Forest House, several managers draw from the same pool of instructors. That used to cause hiccups… before Shyfter.
"There are several of us managing the same pool of instructors. Before, we would sometimes pick the same instructor. Now, that doesn't happen anymore."
